Mike Gatewood, CEO

Mike is Chairman and majority shareholder of AtPoint. He was the majority shareholder and Chairman of E-Services Group (Jamaica) which was formed in 2000 and grew to 4,300 employees before being sold to ACS in 2009. E-Services formed the foundation of what is today Conduent. Mike founded Delta Card Services which was sold to Woodforest Bank in 2001 and in 2011 returned to serve as Chairman until its’ sale to Paysafe in 2017. In addition to AtPoint, he serves as Chairman of United Energy Group, Paysafe Associates, Mirand Response Systems, Inc. and Park Ten Capital. Mike is an Advisory Board member of the Navy SEAL Legacy Foundation, Board Chairman of the Boys and Girls Endowment Foundation, Advisory Board member of Arbor School, and of the Wichita State University Alumni Foundation.

Linsy Goodson, Managing Corporate Counsel

Linsy is the Managing Corporate Counsel for AtPoint and for Mirand Response Systems, Inc. She manages the compliance policy for a team of professionals including legal, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, legislative affairs, litigation defense, corporate governance and enterprise risk. Linsy earned her law degree in 2005 from South Texas College of Law and her BBA, Cum Laude, from Texas A&M University in 2001. While earning her law degree, she clerked at the Federal Court of Appeals and was an active participant in Moot Court where she later won the Best Oralist Award and a semi-finalist in a nationwide competition. She is a member of ACA International, RMA, Texas Bar Association, Katy Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Texas and Federal Southern District of Texas. Linsy enjoys running and judging moot and mock trial competitions for current law students.
